Born and raised in Nigeria, he is the first Youth Performance Consultant in the world. He has worked in six consulitng firms over the span of his nearly 25 years of working experience. Also working with several other organisations in capacities ranging from Human Resource Manager, GM Strategy and Innovation, Business Service Manager, Project Manager, Resource Consultant, Corporate Affairs Manager, and Training Consultant. He is a speaker on national reforms, a seasoned advisor and a human resources generalist. He is currently the Managing Director of Advisory Firm, Purple Prime Limited, with a focus on business advisory and public sector advisory practices. In this lively conversation we get to know about how his research across various sectors informs his work with youth and his public service endeavors.

With over 25 years of C-suite experience, Stephen is a seasoned leader and connector in the digital innovation space, especially on the African continent. His expertise spans various sub-sectors of the digital ecosystem, such as connectable devices, affordable data, local and relevant content, promoted content, ubiquitous payment mechanisms, and trusted delivery mechanisms. He has led the launch and commercialization of some of Africa's biggest digital players, such as Google, InMobi, Positivo BGH, and Datafree. He also serves as the Chairman and Co-Founder of The Illuminate Africa Group Ltd, a consultancy that facilitates Africa expansion goals for businesses. He is passionate about empowering African youth and entrepreneurs with digital skills and opportunities.

This week on the program we're daring to imagine a world where justice prevails and particularly where the aspirations of young athletes in Africa is concerned. My guest, Eddie Mensah, is the Managing Director of Right to Dream Academy in Ghana. Born and raised in Ghana, at 16 he received a scholarship to attend boarding school in Canada where he earned an IB diploma. He later moved to the United States to attend university at Franklin and Marshall College in Pennsylvania where he was a varsity athlete as a member of the soccer/football team. Passionate about education, he has been in various academic positions for the last 25 years. Prior to joining Right to Dream, he was the Head of School at Charlotte Prep School in North Carolina. Eddie holds a masters degree in Education Leadership from the university of Pennsylvania and certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard University.
