  <description>Greetings from Ghana Glocal Citizens!
I'm back in Accra and diving into a hot topic across the globe - Cannabis: to free or not to free the weed. This week my guest is the Founder and President of the Hempire [Hemp] Association of Ghana and the Hempire Association of Africa - which currently has 13 member states. He is also the Founder of the Hempire Agric Ghana, Limited. He is a former Class 1 Referee who has served in the United Kingdom for 10 years as well as in Ghana. Nana has played a pivotal roles in educating the Ministers, Members of Parliament, Government Agencies and Civil servants about the health benefits, environmental and economic benefits of cannabis. He has appeared on numerous media platforms audio and audio/visual championing the cause for decriminalization.
Nana, originally from Ghana, is a specialist in Personnel Management from the University of Southwark in London. Passionate about footall, he is currently a UEFA Licensed Football Coach and Level 1 &amp;amp; 2 Coach Educator. This two part interview promises to be a great "hempucational" experience.
