Nioki Doggett is a Director in Investor Relations at M&G Real Estate and Lead Client Director for the European real estate platform. She is responsible for investor relations and capital raising across the M&G European Funds, overseeing relationships with more than 100 institutional investors across 20 international jurisdictions. Nioki leads engagement with existing and prospective investors and works closely with global distribution teams to originate, structure and secure new capital commitments for the platform. She is based in London.

With over 15 years’ experience in investor relations at global asset managers, Nioki brings deep expertise across multi‑asset investing, institutional product positioning and long‑term client relationship management. Prior to joining M&G Real Estate in 2017, she spent four years at Aberdeen Investment Management.

Nioki plays an active role in the wider real estate investment community and industry governance. She sits on the INREV Due Diligence Committee and is a member of the City of London Guild of Investment Managers and the Ladies in Real Estate committee. She is also a frequent moderator and panellist at leading industry conferences and investor events.

Alongside her commercial role, Nioki is a strong advocate for Diversity & Inclusion within the industry and mentors students from minority ethnic backgrounds through a specialist real estate charity, supporting the development of long‑term careers in property.

Nioki is a keen fitness enthusiast and enjoys running and reformer Pilates.

Nioki holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Leicester.
