Ky Adderley is a leadership and education expert who has pivoted his career in the direction of
sports management. With 20 plus years under his belt as an educator, he has had plenty of success,
including co-creating a non-profit for low-income Brazilian communities which offered a variety of
sports, English courses and character development as well as founding a public-charter
school in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn. (KIPP: AMP Academy) As a member of a family who is known for professional athletes, he is no stranger to sports and its operations. Adderley himself was an All American high school and collegiate runner at Georgetown University and went on to run as an Olympic hopeful before hanging up his spike to focus on giving back to the communities that raised him.
