Femi currently serves as the Executive Director of LEAP Africa- Nigeria’s foremost youth leadership development organisation. In this role he oversees the administration, strategy implementation and programme delivery of the organisation. Prior to this position at LEAP, Femi was the founding Executive Director of Eagles HOPE Foundation, a non-profit initiated by the Covenant University Alumni Association, where he led the organisation to create and execute award-winning youth programmes. Femi has worked in GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals and spent a year at a social research consultancy in the United Kingdom.
He has extensive skills in programme design and management, learning & development design and delivery, business development, strategy, organisational development, stakeholder management, and innovation management. Femi is extremely passionate about leadership and enterprise development, youth development and youth-led development. He is on a personal mission of facilitating the transformation of individuals, organisations and nations.
Femi holds an MSc degree in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship from Manchester Business School, where he focused his research on social innovation and entrepreneurship. He completed his Bachelor’s degree at Covenant University, where he earned a first class degree in Computer Science.
