Andray Mckenzie, IMBA is currently Company Secretary and CEO of Medicanja Limited, a medical cannabis production and distribution company based in Kingston, Jamaica. He comes to this role as an expert in supply chain and demand planning systems in a large scale manufacturing environments particular in the food and beverage industry. In his 20-year career in the FMCG sector he worked in Supply Chain, Sales, Innovations, Trade Intelligence, Distribution and several game changing projects. Guinness, Diageo, Heineken and Red Stripe are among the global organizations that benefitted from his experience. Andray has received numerous awards for break through performances, forecast accuracy, innovations, brand value creation and supply management. In his experience in consultancy and advisory capacities, Andray worked with companies such as Vasttips, the Transport Authorities of Jamaica, Celebrations Brands Limited, Biotech R&D Institute Limited, EG Wellness Brands Limited.
